Referral from dental colleagues for dental implant and oral surgery consultation, advice and/or treatment of complex maxillofacial and dental implant problems including grafting, sinus lift and nerve repositioning is welcome at Green Lane Dental Implant Centre.
Our dental implant referral centre is based in London and we share a professional working relationship with all of our referring dentists and encourage each to carry out the respective aspects of treatment where possible.
We only carry out the dental work that is requested of us in advance and any additional clinical needs that are encountered during the implant referral process are fully discussed before any further action is taken.
If you are a dentist and would like to refer a dental implant patient to us, simply get in touch with a member of our team so that we can arrange an appointment.
Alternatively, you can download the pdf version of the referral form and post it to us, enclosing any x-rays, covering letters or further necessary information.
